Terms and Conditions — Cafege June 2026 Order Giveaway
1. The Promotion
1.1. The Promoter is conducting a trade promotion lottery in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW). By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 1 June 2026, and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").
2.2. Any orders placed outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for entry, regardless of when they are received or fulfilled.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Entry is open to all customers, both domestic (Australian) and international, who place a qualifying order on the Promoter's online retail store during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Entrant"). Orders placed from any country and shipped to any domestic or international address are eligible, provided all other conditions of entry are met.
3.2. There is no age restriction on entry to this promotion. Where an entrant is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian, who must accept the prize on the entrant's behalf.
3.3. The following persons are not eligible to enter:
(a) any person involved in conducting the promotion, including determining the winner(s);
(b) any person involved in the management of the Promoter's business; and
(c) the immediate family members of any person described in paragraphs (a) or (b). For the purposes of this clause, "immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To receive one (1) entry into the promotion, an Eligible Entrant must place an order on the Promoter's online retail store at https://www.cafege.com.au during the Promotion Period with a minimum order value of AUD $50.00 (fifty Australian dollars), exclusive of shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees ("Qualifying Order").
4.2. Each Qualifying Order placed during the Promotion Period will generate one (1) entry. Multiple Qualifying Orders by the same person will each generate a separate entry.
4.3. Entry into this promotion is deemed to occur at the time a Qualifying Order is confirmed and an order number is issued by the Promoter's website. Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full, or charged back prior to the draw will be ineligible.
4.4. No separate entry fee is charged for participation in this promotion. The purchase of goods at their normal retail value constitutes the sole method of entry.
4.5. The cost of accessing the Promoter's website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
5. The Prize
5.1. The total prize pool for this promotion consists of:
Three (3) mechanical keyboards, each valued at AUD $300.00 (three hundred Australian dollars), to be awarded to three (3) separate winners.
5.2. Total prize pool value: AUD $900.00 (inclusive of GST, if applicable).
5.3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless the Promoter agrees otherwise at its sole discretion.
5.4. If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
6. Winner Determination
6.1. Three (3) winners will be determined by a random draw of eligible order numbers. The draw will take place at the Promoter's premises at 10-12 Prince William Drive, Seven Hills, NSW 2147, on Saturday, 4 July 2026 at 6:00pm AEST. Each winning order number drawn will receive one (1) mechanical keyboard. An order number may only win one (1) prize.
6.2. The random draw will be conducted using an electronic random number generator or equivalent method that ensures each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
6.3. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
7.1. Each winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
7.2. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the contact details provided at the time of placing the Qualifying Order.
7.3. Each winner's name and locality (suburb and state/territory, or country for international entrants) will be published on the Promoter's website at https://www.cafege.com.au within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
7.4. If the individual prize value exceeds AUD $500, the winner's name and locality will also be published in accordance with applicable state or territory requirements.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
8.1. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within three (3) months from the date of the original draw, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited, and an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted for that prize.
8.2. The unclaimed prize redraw will take place at the Promoter's premises at 10-12 Prince William Drive, Seven Hills, NSW 2147, on Saturday, 10 October 2026 at 6:00pm AEST, subject to any directions given by NSW Fair Trading or any relevant regulatory authority.
8.3. Any unclaimed prize redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winners (see clause 7 above).
8.4. If any prize winner cannot be found or contacted after the unclaimed prize redraw, that fact will be published on the Promoter's website at https://www.cafege.com.au.
9. Prize Delivery
9.1. Prizes are available to be won by both domestic (Australian) and international customers. Each prize will be delivered to the winner at no cost to the winner within a reasonable time after the prize has been accepted and any required verification is complete.
9.2. For international winners, the Promoter will arrange delivery to the winner's nominated address. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the winner's country of residence are the winner's sole responsibility.
10. Privacy
10.1. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion, including determining and notifying the winner. By entering, each entrant consents to this collection and use.
10.2. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://www.cafege.com.au, and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
10.3. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party other than as required for the conduct of this promotion (such as delivery of the prize), for regulatory compliance, or as required by law.
10.4. An entrant may request access to, or correction of, any personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at john@jnjpharma.com.au.
11. Liability and Indemnity
11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, and agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with this promotion or any prize, howsoever caused.
11.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or other rights or remedies conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
11.3. Each entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter, its officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. General
12.1. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has, in the Promoter's opinion, engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or the Promoter.
12.2. If this promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter's control, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other cause, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions given by a regulatory authority.
12.3. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12.5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
What is a Group Buy?
A group buy product is for items that are paid upfront before the manufacturing process and delivered at a later date. This sometimes can result in savings versus retail stores (not always). In addition, it can allow hobbyists to buy products that are unique and not available in any retail store. These items will have a limited purchase window so if you'd like one, make sure to get in quick!
Group Buy Policies
Change of mind and cancellations are possible (subject to change of mind fees) during the Group Buy period.
However, we encourage all customers to make sure that you are 100% certain of your purchase before committing to them.
Cancellations and refunds of group buy products will not be possible after the group buy window as the nature of the sale is for custom manufactured products and cannot be cancelled once submitted to the manufacturer.

Mixing of Group Buy and In-Stock Products
Please note that GB orders cannot be mixed with in-stock items or other GB's running concurrently. Orders that do this will be cancelled and refunded (subject to a 5% cancellation fee). Please do not request combining orders, as this will not be possible.
