Cafege uses a combination of Australia Post and DHL. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Processing times for orders may take 1-3 business days. 

Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times

Standard post can take up to 2 business days for same state deliveries anywhere from 2-10 business days for interstate deliveries, depending on the destination state.

Express post is usually fulfilled within 1 business day for same state deliveries and anywhere from 1-4 business days for interstate deliveries, depending on the destination state.

Due to the location of our warehouse in Sydney, items travelling to NT and WA may take longer to arrive.

Returns:

Wrong Product:  If the wrong product was sent, please contact us through the ticket channel on our discord or via email and we will send you the correct product. A prepaid postage label will also be sent to you to return wrongly dispatched item/s back.

Faulty or damaged product: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process of keycaps and keyboards, minor imperfections cannot be deemed faulty or damaged and be eligible for return. Please contact us if your product is damaged and we will evaluate whether the product is eligible for RMA.
