We mainly use Australia Post for all our shipping. Processing times for most of our orders are within 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipping out within the next business but can take up to 2 business days.

Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times

Standard post can take up to 2 business days for same state deliveries any where from 2-10 business days for interstate deliveries, depending on the destination state.

Express post is usually fulfilled within 1 business day for same state deliveries and any where from 1-4 business days for interstate deliveries, depending on the destination state.

Since the parcels are being shipped out from NSW, the longer wait times usually only apply to states such as NT and WA.

Standard postage costs start from $9.50
Express postage costs start from $12.00

International Orders

International orders are not accepted through the website at this current time. Customers are able to contact us via discord or through email to place international orders.

Returns

Change of mind: We are happy to accept change of mind returns given that the item is in the original, unused and unopened state. There will be a 4% restocking fee and any relevant postage fees will be incurred by the customer.

Wrong product: If the wrong product was sent, please contact us by either raising a ticket on our discord channel, or emailing us and we will send you the correct product. A prepaid postage label will also be sent to you to return wrongly dispatched item back to us.

Faulty or damaged product: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process of keycaps and keyboards, minor imperfections cannot be deemed faulty or damaged unless and suitable for return. Please contact us if your product is damaged and we will evaluate whether the product is suitable for RMA.
